Apps FPM/WebDynpro error

Hello experts, 

I've got a question and I hope you can help me.

I'm implementing the application "Manage G/L Account Master Data"

App Implementation: Manage G/L Account Master Data - SAP Fiori for SAP Simple Finance, On-Premise Edition - SAP Library

When I click on the tile I get redirected to another window and does not show me the Web Dynpro application

Any ideas?
