I am dealing with Reverse Logistic process design and support. From the Reverse Logistic side we would like to improve our user experience in their daily business. We are using the Advanced Returns Management module from SAP in the CRM area. Have any one already done apps in the Reverse Logistic area focusing in CRM area?
