Clicking on tile 'my leave request', gives blank page

i am new to Fiori, and therefore it might appear a beginner'q question . So, could you provide link or suggest here

After clicking on tile' My leave request', i get a blank page. Could you suggest the reason.

Also, could you suggest the service name for value 4CC78858CF7211088AB530E1E00F95 , for auth. object S_SERVICE
