I am facing an issue in approve request app using Fiori launchpad. It is only happened when there are multiple work items.
We extended cross.fnd.approve.requests package in CA_ALL_APV. The changes includes modifying the i tab in details page with our own content, which is a table xml segment.
The issue is, when the user clicks on the first item, views the attachment, back to i tab, no issue on this item. However, if clicks on the second or third item, the i tab for the second or third item shows "No data". Go back to tile view and click the tile, view the second or third item is no problem. The issue only happens after viewing attachment. We did not change anything on attachment. This happened to both PC users and mobile users cross multiple browser types.
I analysed the HTML header/response in Chrome developer tool, they are same when loading correctly and when the page shows "no data". This analysis made me think of playing with the browser, and i found if i re-sized the browser on PC to small enough to turn to mobile view, then the "no data" msg changed to the true data with table. But I still need a solution to fix the "issue".
Anybody has idea what cause this, and how to solve?
