EXTENDED FIORI APP LAUNCHPAD ERROR

HI.Experts,

we extended the fiori  app(Approve Purchase Order)  in webide . and deploy to  SAP ABAP  UI5 REPOSITORY  and configured the app in launchpad .

and once you will open the app .

Could not open app. Try again later.

Please guide us how to resolve the issue .
