SAP Fiori HCM Tiles Cannot Load Details

I am trying to enable My Paystub V2 and have installed the following add ons:

Front End: UIHR001 100

Backend: GBX01HR 600

Activated the the following services:

ham_pay_mo

hcm_my_paystubs_srv

Assigned the following role

SAP_HR_BCR_EMPLOYEE_T

I was trying to add the tile to our custom catalogs and groups and ran into weird issues when trying to add I would get an error on the tile that is a string of numbers and letters.   When I select the custom catalog i receive the following error:

Configuration contract consumption error inReference lost: Page X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE:SAP_HR_TC_T , Instance ID 00O2TPJX52A3DXTD7JXE9LHFPsap.ui2.srvc.Error: sap.ui2.srvc.ChipInstance({oChip:sap.ui2.srvc.Chip({sChipUrl:"/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/chips/action.chip.xml"}),bFullscreen:false}): CHIP instance is just a stub

When I refresh the page the SAP delivered HCM catalog is not displayed until I invalid cache using /UI2/INVAL_CACHES and it comes back momentarily.  I can then see the catalog tile with the icon and no longer see the string of numbers and letters.

I now select the groups and the "My Paystubs" tile I have added to the custom group shows the following error:

Error Loading Tile (with a string of numbers and letters)

With these in place I can see the tiles on the launchpad but they are blank.  On a side note, after the long weekend, I came in and the tiles were loaded with the appropriate icons and when I tried to remove the SAP_HR_BCR_EMPLOYEE_Trole and import its access into a custom role it went back to square one with no info in the tile (I reverted the change and it did not resolve)....

I have Looked at the following similar issues:

Tile catalog is empty after upgrade

Fiori Launchpad "Cannot load tile"
