Define an Approval Scenario Node Missing in NW7.31

Dear Experts/Masayuki Sekihara,

Kindly help me to eradicate below ASAP. I am implementing Fiori Approve Purchase Order App for one of client, facing issue in identifying node in SPRO->Gateway Service Enablement->Conent->Task Gateway Service->Scenario Definition. The various component are as follows:
