Unable to view workitems in Approve Shopping Cart

Hi,

Facing two issues while configuring the SRM Approve Shopping Cart app -

1. On the launchpad getting an 404 error - OData being called is CARTAPPROVAL;v=2/WorkItemCount(Key='dummy')  ... although in the admin URL we can see a different URL configured

2. There are no items shown in the Fiori inbox for approval though the inbox has few

Some additional information -

Backend is SRM 7.0

Frontend component - UIX01SRM 100 0006

Backend component - GBSRM001 700 0015

Backend component - SRMNXP01 100 0007
