Approve Timesheet version2 format change 07:30 to 7.5

Hi ,

When Managers are approving the time, the Target/Recorded time format shows as 07:30 , I need to change this format to 7.5.

I changed few days ago this in time entry app form employees and now I need to change this in Approve timesheet app as well.

I am looking for extension and relevant function where to update the code. Please help.
